  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see is the price you pay; there are no additional shipping charges or handling fees added at checkout.

2. Handling Time

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

3. Transit & Delivery Time Once your order has been handed over to our carriers (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the estimated transit time is as follows:

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: 4 – 7 business days (Handling + Transit).

4. Shipping Destinations & Limitations

  • Coverage: We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tensical is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address entry.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
