You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your phone case must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees

We believe in a risk-free shopping experience.

  • Return Shipping: Returns are completely FREE.
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.

3. How to Return Your Item

We have made the process as simple as possible by including a pre-paid return shipping label inside your original package.

  1. Place the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Affix the pre-paid return label provided in the package over the original shipping label.
  3. Drop the package off at your nearest designated carrier location (as indicated on the label).

If you have lost your return label, please contact us at contact@tensical.shop and we will email you a digital copy to print.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
