To be eligible, the phone case must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees We believe in a risk-free shopping experience:

Return Shipping: Returns are completely FREE. We provide the prepaid shipping label.

Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Exchanges The most efficient way to receive a different item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item separately.
