Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If you aren’t happy with your case, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

How do I return my item? Every Tensical package includes a pre-paid return label. Simply place the case back in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 10 business days. It will be sent back to your original payment method.
