Where do you ship from? We dispatch orders from our facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We currently serve customers throughout the United States.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. You can return your phone cover for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
How do I return my item? Returns are FREE. Contact us at contact@tensical.shop for a pre-paid return label. Attach the label to the original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier.
When will I receive my refund? After inspection, we process refunds within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
